Voici un article parut dans le Tigre qui reconstitue la vie exacte d'une personne au hasard à partir des éléments que celle-ci a mis en ligne sur Internet. C'est FLIPPANT!

Bon annniversaire, Marc. Le 5 décembre 2008, tu fêteras tes vingt-neuf ans. Tu permets qu’on se tutoie, Marc ? Tu ne me connais pas, c’est vrai. Mais moi, je te connais très bien. C’est sur toi qu’est tombée la (mal)chance d’être le premier portrait Google du Tigre. Une rubrique toute simple : on prend un anonyme et on raconte sa vie grâce à toutes les traces qu’il a laissées, volontairement ou non sur Internet. Comment ça, un message se cache derrière l’idée de cette rubrique ? Évidemment : l’idée qu’on ne fait pas vraiment attention aux informations privées disponibles sur Internet, et que, une fois synthétisées, elles prennent soudain un relief inquiétant. Mais sache que j’ai plongé dans ta vie sans arrière-pensée : j’adore rencontrer des inconnus. Je préfère te prévenir : ce sera violemment impudique, à l’opposé de tout ce qu’on défend dans Le Tigre. Mais c’est pour la bonne cause ; et puis, après tout, c’est de ta faute : tu n’avais qu’à faire attention.

Here is an article that came out in le Tigre and that reconstructs the life of a random person helped by the things that person put online on the web. It’s CREEPY!
Happy Birthday, Marc. The 5th of December 2008, you’ll celebrate your 29th birthday. May I have a word with you Marc? You don’t know me, for sure. But on the overhand, I know you very well. Luckily (or not),you’re le Tigre’s first Google portrait. A very simple column: we take an anonymous person and tell his life by using all the things we can find on the web, whether he left them on purpose or not. How come there’s a message behind all the idea of this column? It’s obvious, the idea that we don’t really take care of the private information available on the web and that, once all put together, they finally take a scary turn. But, for the record, I went through your life without second thoughts: I love meeting strangers. I need to warn you: it’s gonna be violent, not discreet, against everything le Tigre defends. But, it’s for a noble cause and after all it’s not your fault: you should have took more care.
